HAZLET, N.J. ñ iCIMS, a Software-as-a-Service provider, today shared details of the companyís record-breaking half-year results - including the addition of 70 new clients - further intensifying the companyís dominance in the mid-market.

iCIMS supports more than 350 global clients and, during the first half of 2006, added industry leaders including Brother International, DePaul University, the George Washington University Medical Center, LG Electronics, MobileComm USA, Olympus America, Walmart.com and XM Satellite Radio to its customer base. The companyís 97 percent customer retention rating as well as recognition by Workforce Management magazine as one of the industryís top three providers of Applicant Tracking Solutions are additional endorsements for the benefits iCIMSí clients receive from the companyís iRecruiterô hiring management platform. During the first half of 2006, iCIMS also forged a strategic alliance with Talenger, a highly regarded Human Resources consulting firm headquartered in South Africa, to extend the companyís commitment to its global customer base by providing clients in sub-Saharan Africa with localized implementation and support from Talenger consultants.

At the SHRM 2006 Annual Conference & Exposition held in June 2006, iCIMS announced the addition of iHire, the companyís comprehensive onboarding solution to its Talent Management suite. Highly configurable and easy-to-use, iHire eliminates many manual post-hire activities and augments iRecruiterís existing onboarding functionality by enabling organizations to distribute, complete and manage post-hire forms directly within iRecruiter. iHire also enables HR professionals to coordinate the logistics of a new employeeís first days with the company through a configurable list of activities that match the organizationís workflow, ensuring a positive transition for new employees. iCIMS also recently released iRecruiter 6.1 featuring international recruiting capabilities to support the domestic and international hiring needs of todayís growing multi-national corporations. iRecruiter 6.1 gives mid-market organizations the ability to establish and promote global recruitment campaigns with multilingual Career Centers for candidates, and a fully searchable and reportable back-end database for recruiters.

ìThe results weíve generated year-to-date will only be surpassed by our forecasted results for the second half of 2006. iCIMS is headed for another record-breaking year,î said Colin Day, CEO of iCIMS. ìWe remain steadfast to our ongoing commitment of providing our clients with a flexible and highly configurable software-as-a-service technology platform that enables them to quickly and seamlessly hire and onboard the best candidates into their organizations.î
