Specialist recruiter Huxley Associates has again been featured within the Financial Times Top 50 Best Workplaces in the UK list. This is the 2nd consecutive nomination for the company who also made the list last year on its debut entry into the competition.
The inclusion in the list coincides with their recent entry in the Guardianís Top Employers 2005 publication and is good news for the agency, which has continued to invest heavily in its people, systems and technology over the last couple of years, despite the market downturn

The list was compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute UK with over 1000 organisations requested to participate. The results were based predominately on independent employee surveys covering areas such as Trust, Competence, Rewards and Professionalism.
