This new technology also allows the forms to be automatically sent to the corresponding departments and feeds the information directly into the clientsí HRIS.
With HRsmartís new Onboarding solution, all relevant documents will appear in the candidateís career center where the candidate can easily complete the pre-populated forms online. Recruiters are notified of status and can participate in the process as well. Standard forms with the module include the I-9, W-4 and applicable state tax forms among others.
