HRsmart Inc, a global provider of Web-based talent management solutions and one of the fastest growing and most profitable firms in the industry, welcomes Patrick (Pat) Aulson to its board of directors.
Aulson is currently vice president, human resources of The Turner Corporation. Turner, a subsidiary of the Hochtief group in Germany, is the largest commercial general contractor in the US with over $7 billion in revenue and 7,000 employees.
Aulson joined Turner in 2001; prior to Turner he served in a number of senior and executive HR roles across a variety of industries including high technology, financial services, manufacturing, consumer products and higher education.
Aulson joins current board members, Dave Loeser and John Muleta. Loeser is currently senior vice president, human resources at Celanese, an integrated global producer of value-added industrial chemicals. He previously served as senior vice president of CompuCom, a national leader in helping companies plan, implement and manage multi-vendor, industry-standard computer environments.
Muleta, most recently chief of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), joined the companyís board of directors in 1999. Muleta is currently a partner at Venable LLP and co-chair of its Communications Practice Group in Washington, D.C.
