HRsmart, a global provider of Talent Management technology solutions, today announced it has reached a technology agreement with Monster, the global online careers and recruitment resource and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc., to provide its talent management solutions. In a separate announcement made at the ER Expo 2006 Fall Conference, Monster stated that this technology will become part of the Monster Talent Management Suite, a set of fully integrated employment solutions targeted toward small businesses and mid-size enterprise companies.
ìMonster is one of the largest and most successful companies in our industry,î said Mark Hamdan. ìIts decision to align with HRsmart highlights the strength of our solutions, technology, delivery and service. We are excited that they chose to work with us and are confident that the combination of Monsterís sourcing technology and our talent management solutions will create a compelling value for our clients.î
ìMonster continues to align with leading HR vendors to foster the continued development and delivery of innovative and effective employment solutions,î said Neal Bruce, Vice President of Alliances for Monster. ìGone are the days when an HR team requires five different vendors, systems and passwords to do their jobs. Monster Talent Management Suite is designed to better serve the mid-size market by offering solutions that cut across the employment lifecycle via a single unified platform.î
In order to better serve its expanding client list, HRsmart plans to add 30 employees to its head-count by year-end and 200 employees total through 2009.
HRsmart plans to use this opportunity to shift its sales resources to increase its focus on Fortune 1000 clients where, historically, it has had the best success in building relationships with companies that need a powerful applicant tracking solution as well as other seamlessly integrated applications such performance management, learning management, and career development and succession planning.
