In this one hour session, Nicol will present information for creating Benchmark Profiles to determine who you want to hire, creating behavior-based interviewing questions to make the process easier and finally performing an assessment of the candidate.

Elaine Nicol is Vice President of Consulting Services and is directly responsible for the leadership and development of TalentTrack’s Consulting Division. Before joining TalentTrack, she co-founded and built 4results, LLC, an Organization Development and Learning Company working both in the United States and Canada. Nicol has been invited to speak at national and international conferences and seminars on topics ranging from Leading Change, Team Effectiveness and Organizational Culture.
