HR Recruitment Solutions Sees Positivity in Professional Sector

HR Recruitment Solutions (HRRS) will be pushing the recent positivity in the professional recruitment sector by exhibiting at the upcoming CIPD Conference & Exhibition, at Manchester Central, 17th-19th November. Following on from the success at the Business North West show, HRRS will once again be supporting the Guide Dog's Charity, by donating a percentage of any fees/business won from the event. The Guide Dogs will also have a presence at Stand 188, where HRRS will be.

Steve Smithson, Director at HR Recruitment Solutions commented, There is real positivity in the HR Recruitment sector and the CIPD event is the perfect platform to push this and re-emphasise this with HR Professionals. We will also be using the event to continue our Salary Survey & Benchmarking exercise that we recently started, which will reveal real salary levels and benefits, as well as look at business confidence for 2010 and beyond. It's great to know that the HR Recruitment sector is 'bouncing back' and good to hear that the moving in the market is freeing up more roles in other sectors. As well as the positivity from clients, we're finding candidates are being interviewed for more roles than normal and the only real issue is time - Employers are struggling to cope with the level of demand from candidates supplied through specialist agencies.
