HR Outsourcing Potential In China

Here is some good news if you are in the HR Outsourcing business, or you are a user of these services in China.

The government is about to push the development of service outsourcing in China over the next few years. Specifically, they will establish policies to encourage service outsourcing, according to a report in the China Daily.

Like many other previous efforts at promoting an industry the commerce ministry will list service outsourcing as one of the industries in which investment is most encouraged in China. This will also be backed up with financial support in the form of low-interest loans for qualified projects and insurance of credit for large-scale offshore projects.

They are even suggesting they can assist with any talent shortage that such companies may experience.

Now, that’s a real commitment, if they can deliver.
