Kent based recruitment company, HR GO Kent Ltd, is delighted to announce the achievements of three of its employees who have recently obtained the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading.
Lee-Ann Powell, Rosie McMullen and Natalie Stoakes, branch managers within HR GO Kent, now have this valuable, nationally recognised work-based qualification.

ILM accredited HR and Training Consultancy, HR Ltd, conducted the training and, as part of the Learning Skills Councilís Train to Gain initiative, was able to put the three Kent employees through the course at no cost to the employer.
ìTrain to Gain is a government initiative to help businesses obtain the training they need to succeed and is a great opportunity, especially in todayís climate, for businesses to invest in their staff and ensure staff have the right skills to do the best job even if things are financially tight. Some businesses are still not aware that for many employees training courses leading to NVQ 2 qualifications may be fully funded by this schemeî, explains HR Managing Director, Hugh Billot.
The six unit qualification included inspirational leadership, motivating the unmotivated and the power of setting goals and is part of the companyís commitment to investing in the professional development of its staff as well as the continual improvement of business performance and customer service.
