Heading up womenintechnologyís recruitment services is Madeleine Wachman, who brings over 13 years of recruitment experience to the role, eight of which were spent running her own IT recruitment business. The service will recruit both men and women, with the company ethos remaining the same – to secure the best candidate for the job whilst at the same time addressing diversity and encouraging more women into the sector.
