Lewis believes that Resourcing is undergoing dramatic change; the rise of Linkedin, the growth of Twitter, the migration of advertising from print to online, the introduction of fixed-fee recruitment models, the surge in referral-based sites and video-resume sites, fundamental changes in the way that candidates and corporates expect to interact, and the current economic climate are all having an impact. It is vital that recruiters stay abreast of these developments and changes.

Lewis will share his insights, from his experiences as both a practitioner and a candidate, on how changes in Resourcing will impact businesses as the economy recovers and the adaptation necessary to gain competitive advantage.
