HDA Attends the CNI Conference in Paris

HDA, with over 30 years human capital and career consultancy experience throughout the UK and internationally, is a founder member of CareerNet International (CNI) – more at: http://www.careernet-international.org/home/. CNI is a network comprising of leading outplacement and career management consultancies throughout Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Australasia. Via its CNI partners, HDA is able to seamlessly deliver large-scale global career transition and related projects; with HDA providing the central project management, client reporting and quality assurance relationship, whilst our international partners deliver fit-to-purpose localised career consultancy and related services, applying their specialist knowledge of local markets.

CNI meets every 4 months at a partner location to develop its international marketing strategy, and to agree quality and client ROI expectations in respect of planned projects.
In March 2009, HDA attended the CNI meeting in Paris, hosted by OasYs, CNIís French and French-speaking Swiss partners. Preceding this meeting, all international partners, including HDA, were invited by OasYs, to attend the ëManaging in an international Environment Conferenceí in Paris.

The key elements of this high level conference, included:

a. Presentation of a major study: Leadership behaviours across the world, by David Ringwood, Vice-President, Management Research (*The study addresses cultural differences in leadership practices over 50,000 leaders in 20 countries globally within more than 6,000 organisations over 10 years. Data was gathered through responses to Management Research Groupës Leadership Effectiveness Analysis assessments, which measure 33 critical leadership behaviours).

b. Followed by a Round-Table hosted by: Jerry Knock, Associate Director, OasYs Consultants (CNI France), with the participation of:
