ISV Software is pleased to announce that Hays PLC, a global leader in specialist recruitment has selected FastPath Online to be deployed throughout its offices in the UK and Ireland.

After considerable review and research into skills assessment products, Hays decided on Fastpath Online for several reasons. Key factors in the decision making process were to ensure that a robust and flexible product was selected, coupled with an easy-to-use interface. A detailed investigation was carried out by a team from Hays lead by Geoff Sims Managing Director of Hays Office Support. The team were tasked with ensuring that FastPath met all their criteria with regards to technical and functional ability including the ability to integrate with existing Hays systems. Geoff Sims commented ìThe decision to purchase the right online assessment tool is critical to our business. We reviewed various products available in the market and we chose FastPath after considerable analysis into the technical capabilities of the product and both the customer services and technical teams at ISV.î

Laurie Dobson, CEO of ISV Group said ìWe are delighted to be selected by Hays Plc. We have achieved implementation of over 400 sites within a very short timeframe. Our customer services team, headed by David Little, have worked very closely with the team at Hays to ensure a smooth transition from their previous assessment system and to impart as much product knowledge as required.î

Geoff Sims continued ìWorking together with the team at ISV is crucial to the success of this project. We have been very impressed with their understanding of our needs at all levels and the speed of implementation within our offices combined with the quick uptake of the system by our consultants.î
