Mike Taylor from Web-Based-Recruitment.com is about to take part in the very first Recruiting Blog Swap.
The idea behind Blog Swap is that over the next eight weeks thirty two volunteer bloggers from the world of recruitment will make a guest blog post on a recruiting blog other than their own.
Each of the thirty two bloggers has been issued with a schedule so that they know in advance which blogs they will be contributing to. They are also encouraged to write their blog post in keeping with the theme of the blog they have been assigned to that week, whilst at the same time maintaining their own expert focus.
ìIt should be an interesting experiment for everyone involved as it offers a chance to learn more about other areas of recruitment and at the same time make contact with people you wouldnít normally have the chance to talk to or meet.î commented Taylor.
ìFor example, back in the year 2000 I first started to read the daily newsletter by John Sumser of Interbiznet.com. Now some six years later I have just discovered I am due to write a guest post for his blog!î
