Harvey Nash, the global executive search and leadership services firm has announced the appointment of Heather Grayson as Director of the Financial Services Practice in Asia. As part of the company’s expansion plans Ms. Grayson is based in Harvey Nash’s Asia Pacific Headquarters in Hong Kong.
Ms. Grayson has worked in New York and Singapore, and is a search specialist focused on asset management and private equity real estate funds with a specialisation in emerging markets. With fifteen years of executive search experience, Ms. Grayson brings solid relationships and sector expertise across numerous markets in Asia, such as Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Indonesia and India.
Prior to joining Harvey Nash, Ms. Grayson was a partner for Reed Hamilton, where she led the firm’s real estate practice in Hong Kong. In her new role, she reports directly to Nick Marsh, Managing Director of Harvey Nash Executive Search Asia. Ms. Grayson is a Director within the Financial Services Practice and is responsible for working with Harvey Nash’s existing retained client base and developing new business relationships across the Asian markets.
This latest hire reinforces Harvey Nash’s continued focus on growth in the region in response to increasing client demand for specialist executive level hires and talent mapping services. The appointment of Ms. Grayson reflects further diversification of Harvey Nash’s client base into real estate as the company expands across Asia.
