Gumtree launches upgraded user experience

Gumtree, the UKís no.1 classifieds website, has launched its Gumtree Pro Console, designed to help recruitment and property professionals to manage their adverts on the site more effectively.

Rolling out immediately, the Pro Console allows Gumtree account holders to directly login using the new URL www.gumtree.com/login, enabling them to view all their posted adverts quickly and easily, and repost specific ads in bulk. The new easy-to use-interface will save users time searching for and finding all their adverts, while account information and payment details will also be accessible at-a-glance from the same integrated Console.

Gumtree, which has become popular with property and recruitment professionals for its excellent value for money, allows users to reach more than 1 million visitors a month with unlimited adverts for only 50 for property adverts and from as little as 25 per advert for recruitment professionals. The Pro Console will save professionals time when managing their adverts and give them a new, simple way of managing their adverts.

More features will be added to the Console on an ongoing basis this year, including facilities which will allow users to monitor and download hit figures and other key metrics for their adverts, and a ëpage rankí tool which will give professionals information to help them decide whether to repost adverts.
