Jobpartners, a European leader in people and talent management solutions, today announced that Group Bel, has successfully deployed its ActiveCenter and ActivePlanner products to improve the monitoring of the career development of its 1,500 managers across thirty different countries. The deployment will be further complimented by the implementation of Jobpartners e-recruitment module ActiveRecruiter to help streamline their existing recruitment and internal mobility processes.
With increased activity internationally, Group Bel required a solution that could support its HR processes in both in France and abroad. At the same time the company also wanted greater control over performance reviews, while improving the development of succession plans for key positions within the group.
After a comprehensive review, Group Bel chose Jobpartners’ ActiveCenter and ActivePlanner solutions, based on their rich functionality and product architecture. A key requirement for Group Bel was the ability for the tools to integrate with existing core HR systems. ActiveCenter and ActivePlanner will make it possible for Group Bel to have a comprehensive view of employee talent worldwide, in order to develop career plans and to set up a succession strategy for each key position in its business. ActiveRecruiter will extend this solution by enabling Group Bel to globally manage its worldwide recruitment processes both internally and externally, and to develop its employer brand.
