While it is certainly the case that Recruitment businesses have contracted sharply during the downturn, with some areas of the industry laying off large numbers of their staff, there are now signs of an upturn. Additional licence requests for customers together with the demand for training has increased by 15% compared with prior months and this during the usually quiet August period.î
