Graduate recruiters can now get a head start in the highly competitive race for the best candidates, thanks to a new service from GraduateBase.com. Its new Corporate Package allows any HR manager to become an Internet recruiter, by creating tailored job search pages on their company's website.
Users of GraduateBase.com's Corporate Package can also link to the Internet recruitment service's database of graduates, allowing companies to receive information on candidates from GraduateBase.com, as well as those who apply directly to their own website.
This new service allows employers to post a highly advanced job search system on their own websites which is set up and maintained by GraduateBase.com, but which will appear to be an integral part of a company's web presence.
Two thirds of graduate recruiters think that they get the wrong candidates every year, so anything that can increase effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process will be welcomed, comments Phil Jennings, managing director.
