GooodJob has placed in the top three in the iHR 2012 tech start-up competition at the HR Tech Europe Conference, which took place on October 25th- 26th in Amsterdam. The competition is regarded as the most prestigious in Europe for tech start-ups in HR and recruitment. Hundreds of start-ups applied to be contestants, with a final shortlist of 6 companies, each of whom offer an innovative HR software solution.
GooodJob's Founder and CEO Assaf Eisenstein and VP Sales Laurie Spieler presented a live demo of the company's employee referral platform, receiving enthusiastic acclaim from the attendees, the judges, and the online community. The panel of 14 judges included tech entrepreneurs, industry analysts, investors, buyers, and leading HR and technology media personalities.
The HR Tech Europe Conference & Expo is a two-day summit produced by the Pan-European HR Network. The conference attendees include the largest assembly of HR buyers, bloggers, investors and thought leaders in Europe.
"We are very pleased that GooodJob continues to be recognized globally as one of the most innovative start-ups in the HR tech industry," said Eisenstein. "Our employee referral platform provides unique benefits that allow corporate recruitment teams to engage employees in the most effective way. The gamification module makes referrals fun for employees, and acknowledges all of their efforts, not just the end results."
