Executive recruiter GatenbySanderson has been awarded Investors in People Gold status. This follows several months where the company has been working towards the accreditation. Board Director Helen Oates, who led the initiative commented, “It goes without saying that in a people business, investing in our own people is paramount. Having achieved IiP in 2008, we saw the benefits this brings in terms of business focus, skills improvement and knowledge sharing and were determined to go one better. We always have our sights set firmly at the top but we were thrilled that our hard work in a difficult market environment had paid off.”
