The Forum is presented by IHRIMís Global Special Interest Group (GSIG) and provides the unique opportunity for human resources professionals to gather and learn from one another in a participative and collegial environment. The goal of the Global Forum is to create a learning environment and networking opportunity that facilitates the exchange of information about global HR issues.

IHRIM is looking for presentations that will educate and inform attendees about global HR issues and systems, especially presentations on the following topics:

- Shared Services
- Outsourcing
- Metrics
- Privacy
- Security
- Expatriate Management
- Workforce Management
- Implementation Case Studies

If you are interested in presenting on one of these topics or a topic related to global HR issues and systems, IHRIM welcomes your submission. Or if you would like to share your lessons learned from your global projects with other global HR professionals, IHRIM invites you to submit a proposal! If you submitted a paper for presentation for the IHRIM Spring 2005 conference in Reno, Nevada USA and it focused on a global topic, please consider presenting at the GSIG Forum. You need only forward a copy of your proposal.

To submit a proposal, please download the Call for Presentations form and complete all information requested. Please e-mail your completed form and any questions to the committee at gsigforummc@att.net.
