RSA, the global life sciences executive search and interim management specialist is pleased to announce that chartered accountant and financial strategy expert Matt Ryans has been appointed as the companyís new finance director. Working across RSAís global network, Matt comes to the role with over a decade of experience in the financial services sector.
Having served as RSAís financial controller for over a year, Matt moves to his new position having gained a wide experience of RSAís global offering and unique approach to executive search for the life sciences. What originally attracted RSA to Matt was his experience managing the finances for a small biotech firm undertaking stage II clinical trials of a new cancer therapy while working full time as finance director for The Great Pie Shop.

In his new role, Matt will be responsible for long-term financial planning and will report directly to the CEO and management board. He will oversee RSAís global budgeting process and manage the companyís financial risk.
