The Institute of Payroll Professionals (IPP) is asking for its members to vote for two Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) to act as representatives on its Governing Board to publicise the Institute in the UK and internationally.
IPP CEO Maurice Cheng said: ìThe Institute has a new vision and strategy and our future is clearly focused on creating higher levels of recognition both with the profession and amongst a wider business audience.
We urge our members to vote to ensure we have the right team in place to drive our strategy forward.î
There are two seats available and the candidates recommended by the Appointments Committee are: Alan Marshall, Gillian Dale-Skey, and Ken Pullar.
The AGM papers, including the Annual Report and Accounts, and ballot papers for the NED ballot, will be issued in early October. Members are asked to compare each candidateís statement to the non-executive role specification and to consider the Nominations Committeeís findings before voting. For more information contact the Chair of Appointments Committee by emailing mandie.lavin@payrollprofession.org.
