GeoLearning was ranked #4,426 on the 2009 Inc. 5000 list with a sales growth rate of 34% over the past three years. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economyóAmerica's independent-minded entrepreneurs.

The Inc. 5000 is an extension of Inc. magazine's annual Inc. 500 list and catches many businesses that are too big to grow at the pace required to make the Inc. 500, as well as a host of smaller firms. Taken as a whole, these companies represent the backbone of the U.S. economy. GeoLearning is a three-time Inc. 500 winner (2004 through 2006) and was named to the first ever Inc. 5000 list in 2007 and again in 2008.

Inc. 5000 Methodology
The 2009 Inc. 5000 list measures revenue growth from 2005 through 2008. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based and privately held, for profit, independentónot subsidiaries or divisions of other companiesóas of December 31, 2008, and have had at least $200,000 in revenue in 2005, and $2 million in 2008.
