Genesis HR Consultancy relaunches as My Plus Consulting and offers new services

My Plus Consulting, formerly known as Genesis HR Consultancy, helps organisations understand and address the issues surrounding disability. Helen Cooke, Director of My Plus Consulting, commented: ìThe reason for the rebrand is to better capture the essence of what the business is about. My Plus Consulting recognises that an individualís difference is also their strength. Every person is different and each person will bring something unique to an organisation. This uniqueness stems from our life experiences, as well as our values and beliefs. We can each define our own uniqueness as ëMy Plusí.

In addition to the new name, the consultancy has launched a range of new services. These include 'Director of Disability' which provides the expertise for an organisation to be fully disability confident and 'Graduate Recruitment: winning the war for talent' which ensures that graduate resourcing processes are inclusive.

Supporting the rebranded business is a new website, www.myplusconsulting.com. This includes articles and guides on disability issues, as well as a newsletter and Helen Cookeís ëalternative viewí blog.
