GAAPweb, the UKís specialist jobsite for accounting & finance professionals, has appointed a new Managing Director and a new Head of IT.
Geoff Curry, GAAPwebís new Managing Director, has spent thirteen years working in online media and recruitment. He was joint founder of Workthing.com, and more recently Commercial Development Director for Monster.co.uk

Further strengthening the management team, Ben Curthoys joins GAAPweb as Head of IT. Ben has more than a decade of experience managing, developing and supporting computer systems and software products. Ben joins from Artifax Software, where he was Technical Director.
Benís expertise will allow the company to further enhance their technical systems, and continue to provide clients and candidates with market-leading online recruitment services.
GAAPweb was acquired by Trinity Mirror in August 2005. The company set new records in March 2006, with the highest ever number of jobs published, jobs viewed, and candidates subscribing to its daily jobs-by-email service.
