G4S Career Centre reaches 250,000 unique visitors

The unique G4S career centre has just breached the 250,000 unique visitors per month mark and its integrated Facebook sites now reach 10 million friends of friends with their 27,000+ likes

The unique G4S career centre has just breached the 250,000 unique visitors per month mark and its integrated Facebook sites now reach 10 million friends of friends with their 27,000+ likes.
 
These figures are unprecedented for a corporate employer and challenge some of the statistics of major niche job boards which aggregate corporate employer job opportunities.
 
Commenting on this achievement, Colin Minto, Head of Resourcing, G4S Plc said; “It is still early days for the direct resourcing strategy which will soon see launches of local versions of the career centre technology to support our operations in USA, India and the Middle East which will complement the global site and those supporting the UK, London 2012, Australia and New Zealand and Africa.
 
Visitors to the career centre view 2.3million pages per month, consuming the employer brand and employee value proposition and adding to the continually growing 250,000+ strong global candidate database, which is continually matched by the career centre to every new job advertised to automate the search process for G4S’s HR Managers and Recruiters and alert all matched candidates”.
 
G4S has been nominated for six ONREC awards in 2012, one more than 2011 when it was successful in two categories. It has also just been placed 30th in a recent FTSE 100 ‘Use of Social Media’ report where those around and above G4S were consumer brands. A tremendous feat for a business to business organisation where its only consumer offering across social media is job and career content!
