2014 has been a record-breaking year for the technical recruitment specialists Fuel Recruitment, which has been the biggest in its 11 year history.
Over the last 12 months turnover grew by 40%, and revenue from permanent placements rose by 64%. They saw a 30% increase in the number of permanent placements and a 40% increase in the average number of contractors on their payroll.
Fuel Recruitment was also recognised by the wider recruitment industry for their achievements. They were awarded ‘Technology Focused Recruitment Consultants of the Year – UK’ in in Acquisition International’s M&A awards in June and earned a place in Recruitment International’s ‘Top 250’ for the second year running in October. In December they achieved a ranking of 36 in CV Library’s ‘Agency Recruitment Power 100’ list.
Internally, 2014 saw the introduction of new training and professional development structures, including the Fuel Recruitment Training Academy. They also confirmed a two year extension of one of their major RPO contracts.
