The survey highlighted that our user experience is exceptional for a third of our users, but there is a great deal more we can do to improve the experience. We are determined to refine our product to make the user experience the best it can be, and we are listening very carefully to user feedback to develop our service further. We have already addressed manyof the issues highlighted, andour clients, jobseekers and affiliates are enjoying the results. Our survey is ongoing and real-time so we have already been able to measure the improvementsî

Some of the key areas that are currently being developed to further improve the service include adding more CV tips, a new CV writing wizard and more interaction between FreeMyCV.com and the jobseeker.
