As part of their ongoing commitment to training and personal development, Louise Allen, recruitment consultant, Flow Caritas has received a distinction in the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice. Louise takes her place as one of this years top students, and with over 1000 recruiters taking the course this year it really is a tremendous achievement.
Talking about her success, Louise said, I found studying for the Certificate in Recruitment Practice a really valuable experience and was delighted to learn that I had gained a distinction in the final exam. I found the course a great way to streamline my approach to recruitment, make sure I was up to date on best practice and legislation, and to share and learn from the experiences of others. Since completing the course I have immensely enjoyed implementing all that I have learnt and have been pleased to see an improvement in my relationships with my clients and candidates * and most importantly my results! Gaining a recognised, REC accredited qualification has really served to cement my commitment to the industry for the long term.
