Five new firms accepted to membership in the AESC

The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) is pleased to announce the acceptance of five retained executive search firms into membership. Following extensive reference checks, a site visit, and vote by the AESC regional Councils, the following firms were approved to join the elite AESC community of top-tier search firms.

IdealWave Solutions was founded in January 2001 by Matthew Corbett and Mark Newhall Based in Harvard, Massachusetts. IdealWave Solutions provides custom retained executive search solutions to companies in the wireless industry throughout North America and Europe.

Kaluzynski & Madeja Sp. z.o.o. was originally founded in 1991 by Richard Kaluzynski as Kaluzynski & Partners Sp. z o.o. and was later reopened in 2002 by Richard Kaluzynski and Grazyna Madeja (in the interim Richard opened Russell Reynolds Associates in Warsaw). Kaluzynski & Madeja Sp. z.o.o. specialize in Financial Services, Technology, Media and Telco, Industrial and FMCG sectors.

Established in 1989 by Eric Singer in Paris, Singer & Hamilton now counts a team of 25 people and four offices; Paris, London, Dubai and Geneva. The firm specializes in Capital Market & Structured Finance, Corporate Finance, Asset Management & Private Equity, Insurance, Real Estate, Retail Banking.

McKinney Consulting was founded in August 2001 by Steven McKinney. The Seoul-based firm focuses on senior level appointments for multinational companies in the Automotive, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Industrial, and Information Technology sectors.

Taylor & Company, headquartered in Dothan Alabama, is an executive search consulting firm specializing in commercial banking. The firm was founded by Rod Taylor in 1984 and Ken Moore joined the firm in 1999. The firm has an eight person staff with global capabilities and offices in Alabama, Atlanta and Florida.
