Following extensive reference checks, a site visit and a vote by the AESC regional Councils and Board, the following firms were approved to join the elite AESC community of top tier search firms.

de Jager & Associates/ IIC Partners was founded in 1990 by Kris de Jager. Headquartered in Sydney, the firmís executive search practice focuses on the Automotive, Pharmaceutical and Professional Services industries.

Crown Executive Search was established by Stephen Lennard in 2001. A retained executive search firm based in Sydney with regional representation from Melbourne to Mumbai, Crown specializes in Financial Services, Retail, FMCG, Industrial and Professional Services.
