First Advantage Announces Recruitment Technology Integration

The Recruiting Solutions division (formerly TruStar Solutions) of First Advantage Corporation, a global risk mitigation and business solutions provider, announced today the release of new versions of its job advertisement technologies, featuring support for PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS 8.9. First Advantageís PostMaster LX and Harvest are now available for use by all PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS 8.9 customers utilizing the Oracle Talent Acquisition Manager.

First Advantageís PostMaster LX and Harvest are now available for use by all PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS 8.9 customers utilizing the Oracle Talent Acquisition Manager. The technologies enable users to manage their online job advertisements from within the PeopleSoft interface.

With hundreds of valuable job board destinations to choose from and a host of additional capabilities, the integration will help corporate recruiters address issues such as posting compliance, diversity reach, ROI measurement and more. An advanced reporting engine also enables client companies to gather real-time response data for all of their recruitment advertisements and develop advanced cost analysis. In addition, employers will soon be able to capitalize on new trends in Internet usage with the upcoming release of a candidate generation module for both platforms.

The new capabilities of the technologies have been released to coincide with the Oracle HCM Users Group conference taking place Nov. 28 through Dec. 1 in Orlando, Fla. The PostMaster LX solution will be on display at this event.
