Former Securicor Recruitment MD Chris Leonard is about to unveil what is believed to be the first ever online temporary staff solution, called www.tempz.com.
Tempz will tap into a fragmented recruitment market valued at 16bn by Recruitment International magazine. Leonard points out that the already established sites such as Monster haven't yet tackled the larger temporary market place because of it's complexity.
