Award-winning insurance intermediary Kwik-Fit Financial Services, famous for its revolutionary employee-friendly initiatives, is already well underway with its latest journey designed to improve working life for its people.
Following the ëMaking KFFS a Fantastic Placeí initiative, launched back in 2004, the call centre has launched phase two of the project - ëFantastic Youí. This is an innovative scheme designed to build relationships, increase confidence and trust and promote stronger team working within each of the departments of the business.
Taking place in the ëretreatí, a specially designed relaxation room within the Uddingston call centre, the project involves teams taking part in story telling workshops that encourage employees to share stories of positive experiences in their life.
ìWe are dedicated to continuing on our journey of improvement,î says Keren Edwards, HR Director. ìWe are already delighted to be offering our people a very competitive package, from flexi-benefits to a chill out club, the new on-site nursery to a Costa Coffee franchise ñ all ideas that came from phase one of our project.
