Fairsail transforms HR processes of Top 100 Law Firm

Fairsail, the leader in Global Workforce Collaboration, today announced it has been selected by Keoghs, the UK’s leading provider of claims-related legal services to the insurance sector, to manage the core Human Resource (HR) and Human Capital Management (HCM) functions of its rapidly growing business.

Over 40 years, Keoghs has built its reputation as an industry leader thanks to the expertise, dedication and technical ability of its employees. This has put the HR team under constant pressure to develop, recruit, and reward staff.

As such an integral part of the business, the HR department needed technology to help retain the best talent whilst putting others on the path to improvement. With more than 1,200 employees spread across four sites in Bolton, two offices in Coventry and one in Manchester, its existing HR system was struggling to cope with the complex needs of the company and its growing workforce.

Rob Snelson, Solutions Manager at Keoghs comments, “It was clear to us we needed a new HR solution, one that could provide us with the level of reporting and analytics we required. We were keen to find a cloud based solution which would enable our offices to share data seamlessly and securely. More pressingly our existing solution was due to expire within a month and so we needed our new system to be delivered in record time.”

After a review of the market, Keoghs selected Fairsail as it offered all the functionality and reporting required by the company and was able to deliver in the required timeframe.
Snelson added, “Fairsail was able to fully implement the new system and migrate all of our existing data in just 30 days. This included a visit by its team to train our users and ensure we knew how to get the most from the new technology.”

With Fairsail in place to manage its core HR and HCM processes, Keoghs is now rolling-out additional Recruitment and Payflow packages, to help further lessen the administrative burden on the HR team.
