Fairsail Makes HR Pay for Credorax

Online payment leader opts for Total Talent Management HR

Fairsail, the leader in Total Talent Management, today announced it has been selected as the preferred HR solution forCredorax, a leading provider of Smart Acquiring Solutions enabled by NextGen Technology. The deal comes as part of a move to streamline Credorax HR processes on a global scale by means of an easy-to-use interface. 

Credorax, with staff spread worldwide across offices in Canada, the US and Malta, is an EU licensed Financial Institution and Principal Member of Visa and MasterCard.  The company offers Smart Acquiring Solutions to partnering IPSPs, ISOs and merchants. By uniquely combining its three core offerings: Licensed International Acquiring, Innovative Business Solutions and NextGen Technology, Credorax's Smart Acquiring Solutions optimize operational processes and maximize business growth. As a result, Credorax partners and merchants benefit from increased transaction approval rates, higher conversion rates, efficient online chargeback handling services and advanced fraud management tools, as well as dedicated account management.

Until recently, Credorax's Human Resources was managed using general office management software. Credorax sought to replace this existing software with various Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions on their existing SalesForce.com computing platform.  Subsequently, the company decided to consolidate internal HR Management software by means of a system that was both easy-to-use and robust enough to handle the complex HR processes involved in managing a global organisation.

As such, Credorax selected Fairsail’s Total Talent Management solution as its preferred HR solution due to its extensive features and strong return on investment.  Fairsail is now the central hub for all of Credorax's HR functions including structured feedback and personal goal-setting for all employees, as well as the ability to review employee benefits. The company also intends to implement Fairsail’s extensive social functionality so that its employees can share work-related ideas and knowledge, supporting Credorax’s collaborative corporate culture and removing the physical distance between staff spread across different offices in different countries.
