Jackie Scullard (MCIPD), a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and former HR Business Partner at British Gas, has joined Penna plc, leaders in human capital management, as Professional Head of Psychology, strengthening its HR consulting division. Jackie will be responsible for building Pennaís talent and assessment proposition within the HR Consulting service line, as well as bringing her Occupational Psychology expertise to all Pennaís services.
Jackie, who holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, has nine years experience in the HR arena, specialising in assessment, talent management and the implementation of HR strategy. As HR Business partner for British Gas Residential, Jackie implemented a number of initiatives in the areas of attraction, recruitment, and retention.
Prior to this role, Jackie was Selection and Assessment Manager within Centricaís Talent and Resourcing team and before this held positions with ASE and SHL, in addition to the NFER-Nelson (National Federation for Educational Research). She has also achieved a Diploma in Positive Impact Coaching and been an active member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) Standing Committee for the Promotion of Equal Opportunities (SCPEO).
