ExecutiveSurf today makes a bold statement of intent with the opening of its Asia Pacific hub in Sydney, Australia.

Rod Bailey, ceo of ExecutiveSurf says: ìThis is an important milestone for us and in no small way a validation of our approach. The Sydney hub will take our successful European model and repeat it by basing research in one location and pushing it out across the region through our proprietary web portal.î

In recent months, ExecutiveSurf has extended its commercial presence into Poland and the Czech Republic, with further European offices planned in 2009, but this is their first move out of Europe.

ìIt might be tempting to see our move as a result of the contraction in business levels in Europe and relatively decent growth in the Far East. Not a bit of it. Weíre seeing strong comparable growth in all our existing markets, but Sydney has always been integral to our global growth strategy.

We donít make any distinction between so-called ëdevelopedí and ëemergingí markets – in fact there are few markets anywhere that wouldnít sustain our web-based search model. It is about creative simplicity and control; no frills executive search and no compromise on quality.î

ExecutiveSurf (www.executivesurf.com) has been a leader in the executive e-recruitment sector, since its birth in 2000. Headquartered in London, with offices in Milan, Prague, Warsaw and now Australia, the company has an annual compound growth of over 95%, driven by one of the broadest web-based executive communities in Europe.
