Candidates can rank each job application with a customer service score from 1 (Poor) to 5 (Excellent) and the recruiter scores are than calculated by their average rating based on a minimum of 20 job postings per annum.
The recruitment company with the best average score for 2008-09 was Eutopia Solutions, who managed to achieve an excellent customer service score of 4.05.
