executivesontheweb.com announce the first results from its candidate feedback service

DA Selection a recruitment company was the advertiser who provided the most feedback to candidates applying for jobs, from advertisers who used the exectivesontheweb.com site during the first quarter ending September 2006

DA Selection a recruitment company was the advertiser who provided the most feedback to candidates applying for jobs, from advertisers who used the exectivesontheweb.com site during the first quarter ending September 2006.

The service allows recruiters to quickly respond to all candidates applying for a job and provides each candidate with information regarding the status of their job application. The results are based on the percentage of replies to candidate applications per job posted.

An additional feature within the service allows candidates to send a reminder to the advertiser if they havenít received a reply from the advertiser thus allowing more communication between the candidate and the recruiter.

Justin Finch, Operations Director said:

Candidate Feedback has been overlooked by online job boards for several years and we believe our new service helps address this problem.

Our recent sponsorship of the EREC 2006 executive recruitment exhibition gave us the opportunity of communicating face to face with thousands of candidates, many of whom told us their biggest frustration with online job boards was not getting the replies to their job applications from an advertiser.

Since the launch, more than 600 advertisers have used the service which has been extremely well received by both recruiters and candidates.
