Executive recruiters Rockpools joins forces with leading employment law firm

Rockpools has formed a strategic alliance with employment law firm, Wragge and Co LLP, to offer an even broader range of services including executive recruitment, ethical governance support and legal counsel to the public sector.

Rockpoolsí partner and local authority governance expert, Claer Lloyd-Jones, together with Wragge and Coís head of local government, Mark Greenburgh, will work in partnership to offer local authorities a single source of support on issues including people and performance management, restructuring and ethical governance. Together, they can deliver a bespoke service which draws on Markís expertise as one of the sectorís foremost employment lawyers and Claerís longstanding commitment to ethics and governance.

Mark specialises in local government employment law, advising both authorities and senior individuals. A former council leader, he was appointed as a partner in May 2006 with a mandate to build the local government practice.

With more than 20 yearsí experience in the public sector, Claer Lloyd-Jones has a strong reputation for innovation in corporate and ethical governance. A trained lawyer, Claer was previously the director of law and democratic services and monitoring officer at Hackney for four years and now leads Rockpoolsí ethical governance team. She is also an independent member of the Greater London Authorityís Standards Committee.
