Tiptree-based Jobserve, an Internet Job publisher, is listed in 21st position in the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100, the definitive league table that identifies Britain's fastest-growing companies based on sales. It also gets a top ten ranking in the listing of technology, media and telecommunications companies, and follows hard on the heels of success earlier in the year when the company was identified in the Sunday Times Profit-Track listing as THE company with the fastest growing profits in Britain.
With annual sales growth of over 100 per cent from 877,000 in 1996 to 8.3 million in 1999. It's a busy time for this hugely successful Essex firm, run by Robbie Cowling, a local entrepreneur who left school with no qualifications and who bought out his co-founder John Witney last year. A new headquarters costing over 1million has just been completed at Tower Business Park, as plans to expand and recruit more staff over the next few months as demand for Jobserve's services continues to grow.
