This partnership places LatPro.com and DiversityJobs.com into an elite group of job boards to which eQuest customers can post jobs without delivery fees. Presently LatPro.com and DiversityJobs.com are the only diversity job boards in this select group of sites accessible to employers who use eQuestÇs vast partnership group of Applicant Tracking Systems. The launch is set to begin on July 16, 2009.
According to eQuestÇs 2008 job board statistics, LatPro.com not only was utilized by eQuest users more often than any other diversity site; it also had a higher candidate-response to job posting ratio than any other diversity board in the eQuest network.
