eQuest, the global leader in job posting and Internet recruitment management services, announced today that it will add AfterCollege to its vast network of job board delivery sites. AfterCollege is best known for allowing employers to pinpoint their college and alumni recruit efforts by targeting specific academic departments and student groups and colleges and universities.
Under the agreement, eQuest users may post jobs to over 5,000 career networks powered by AfterCollege without the need for a pre-arranged contract. Employers can target their jobs to departments and groups in areas such as nursing, allied health, engineering, life sciences, finance, and information technology. They can also target specific diversity groups on campuses.
eQuest manages the delivery of jobs for many of the top college-recruiting organizations in the world. Our partnership with them allows AfterCollege to connect these employers with their desired college audiences through relevant job and targeted opportunities, said Michael Dawes, Vice President of Sales and Business Development for AfterCollege.
Michael Pauletich, Senior Vice President of eQuest's Interactive Media Division, stated, Our relationship with AfterCollege allows our users to penetrate the college market more effectively than most job boards. It's an excellent way to reach potential candidates who normally don't frequent job boards or their college career centers.
