Enhance Media expands senior management team

Enhance Media has expanded with the appointment of two key members of the senior management team

Enhance Media, the online recruitment communications consultancy, has expanded with the appointment of two key members of the senior management team.

Damian Routley has joined as Account Director. Damian joins from the recruitment advertising agency TCS, where most recently he was Group Media Manager with special responsibility for online and interactive recruitment. Damian worked with a range of clients at TCS including blue chip employers such as Dixons, First Direct and Norwich Union. Damian will use his experience to promote Enhance Mediaís candidate acquisition service. The service will use online media exclusively to help Enhance Mediaís clients target candidates online by using a combination of job boards, lifestyle sites, portals and search engines.

Paul Kingsley has also joined as a Non-Executive Director. Paul was CEO of Oyster Partners, a leading UK interactive agency, until February 2004. Prior to this Paul was CFO for Tequila Worldwide, a leading integrated marketing agency (part of the TBWA advertising network). Paul is also a non-executive director of a leading UK brand communications agency and a creative content agency.

Paul said My role will be to help position Enhance Media for the growing demand for its services and to ensure that the management team have the benefit of my experience running businesses in both marketing and digital sectors. The need for employers to build cost-effective and meaningful relationships between candidates and their brands is becoming increasingly important through the use of digital media, and Enhance Media is ideally placed to help them achieve this.

Tim Elkington, Enhance Mediaís Managing Director commented ìWeíre delighted to have both Paul and Damian on board. Damian has the hands on knowledge and skills that will be of great value to clients when expressing their employer brand and targeting candidates online. Paul provides us with the skills and experience that will enable Enhance Media to grow and to take advantage of current market opportunities. The IAB valued the UK online recruitment advertising market at 121 million in 2004 and with more and more employers realising the value of interactive digital communications this figure is set to continue growing at an exciting rate.î
