eFinancialCareers.com wins top recruitment industry award

eFinancialCareers.com, The Financial Job Marketplace, has won Recruiter Magazineís 2005 Award for Excellence in the category of Best Online Service.

In making their decision, the judges said eFinancialCareers.com had ìrisen to the challenge of satisfying a discerning, demanding and busy audience of finance professionals and those looking to source them.î The judges cited eFinancialCareersí effective CV and job-searching tools, its advanced applicant filtering system and its editorial content, concluding that eFinancialCareers.com offered much more than a standard job-board.

During the five months to March 2005 eFinancialCareers has seen a 42% increase in monthly unique users (to 407,000) and a 50% increase in job applications. eFinancialCareers has jobsites in the UK, US, France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland.

In Recruiter Magazineís 2005 Awards for Excellence, eFinancialCareers.com was short listed for Best Online Service alongside Reed.co.uk, Totaljobs.com, MichaelPage.com, EdenBrown.com and Exec-Appointments.com. Recruiter Magazine is the UK recruitment industryís top publication and 1,000 industry professionals attended the black tie awards ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 13th April.
