eFinancialCareers.com, which is owned by eFinancialGroup, the has been sold to US web recruitment specialist Dice Inc.

Dice Inc, which run a number of niche recruitment websites in the US, including a recruitment site for technology professionals and a site devoted to jobs requiring government security clearance.

Private equity firms General Atlantic Partners and Quadrangle Capital Partners acquired Dice Inc. last July for an estimated $200m. It is understood that Diceís bid for eFinancialCareers.com has received shareholder approval and the deal is now unconditional.
