Hay Group, a global organizational and human resources consulting firm, announced today that Doug Jensen has relocated to the firmís Walnut Creek, CA, office. Jensen is a vice president and head of Hay Groupís North American Reward Consulting Practice.
An authority on executive pay matters, Jensen has worked extensively with boards on issues of executive pay and governance. He has been quoted in the media, including The Financial Times and Time magazine, and presented at trade conferences and events. He most recently spoke at the annual WorldatWork Conference in May with Procter and Gamble on how to manage a matrix organization.
Jensen has been an active member of WorldatWork (formerly the American Compensation Association) since early in his career. He has been a member of the associationís faculty for certification and has recently been appointed to WorldatWorkís Executive Compensation Advisory Board.
